Services

Six areas of work.

Engagements usually start in one area and expand into others as the picture gets clearer. Each is scoped to your organization.

Typical outcomes

  • Clearer documentation
  • Standardized workflows
  • Faster record retrieval
  • More consistent team execution
01

Billing Support

Structured billing workflows, supporting documentation, claim organization, reconciliation processes, and administrative optimization.

The problem
Billing tasks are handled inconsistently, and the documentation behind a claim isn't always organized before it goes out.
What we improve
We structure the billing workflow, organize supporting documentation, and build a reconciliation process the team can repeat.
The outcome
A steadier billing process with fewer administrative gaps.
02

Clinical Documentation

Standardized templates, documentation workflows, SOPs, record organization, and systems designed for consistency and efficient retrieval.

The problem
Documentation varies by staff member, and records aren't always easy to find when they're needed.
What we improve
We build standardized templates and documentation workflows, with SOPs that reflect how records are actually produced.
The outcome
Consistent documentation, organized for efficient retrieval.
03

Patient Communication

Structured processes for patient outreach, follow-ups, recalls, appointment coordination, and healthcare-service communication.

The problem
Outreach, follow-ups and recalls depend on memory rather than a defined process.
What we improve
We structure the workflows behind patient outreach, follow-ups, recalls and appointment coordination.
The outcome
A more consistent, dependable communication process for patients and staff alike.
04

Audit Readiness

Organization, indexing, and review of existing documentation to improve record retrieval and preparedness for audits and reviews.

The problem
Documentation is scattered across systems, and preparation only starts once an audit date is already set.
What we improve
We organize, index, and review existing documentation ahead of time, not under pressure.
The outcome
Faster record retrieval and calmer preparation when an audit or review arrives.

Al-Tina organizes and indexes existing records and identifies apparent documentation gaps for the organization’s review. It does not alter, backdate, fabricate, or recreate records or guarantee audit outcomes.

05

Insurance Due Diligence

Review and organization of payer requirements, coverage criteria, supporting documentation, and insurance-related administrative workflows.

The problem
Payer requirements and coverage criteria tend to get reviewed reactively, often after a claim has already gone out.
What we improve
We review and organize payer requirements, coverage criteria, and the supporting documentation behind them.
The outcome
A clearer, better-organized insurance administrative workflow.
06

Special Authorization Support

Workflows for identifying authorization requirements, assembling supporting documentation, tracking requests, and managing follow-up.

The problem
Authorization requirements are identified late, and requests stall without a clear tracking process.
What we improve
We build workflows to identify authorization requirements, assemble supporting documentation, and track requests through to follow-up.
The outcome
A defined process for authorization requests, from identification through follow-up.

Pharmacy Operations & Clinical-Service Support

Practical support for care-plan workflows, follow-ups, medication-review processes, documentation templates, SOPs, team responsibilities, and operational consistency.

Regulated patient-care services are provided only through appropriately licensed pharmacies and by professionals working within their authorization and supervision requirements.

Physician Clinic Documentation & Billing Workflow Support

Support for encounter-documentation workflows, administrative billing processes, patient follow-up systems, record organization, SOPs, and staff responsibilities.

Physicians retain responsibility for clinical judgment, the accuracy and completeness of patient records, billing-code selection, and claims submitted.

Founder

Healthcare operations consulting informed by clinical pharmacy experience.

Usama (Sam) Algamli

Founder & Principal Consultant

Calgary, Alberta

Al-Tina is led by Usama (Sam) Algamli, based in Calgary. The perspective behind the work comes from a clinical pharmacy background — an understanding of healthcare operations built from firsthand experience inside them, not from observing them at a distance.

That matters in practice. Recommendations are made with an understanding of what a dispensary or clinic can realistically absorb during a working day, what staff will maintain once the engagement ends, and where a well-intentioned process quietly falls apart.

Every engagement is founder-led. Sam personally leads discovery, shapes the operational approach, and stays directly accountable through implementation. Client identities and internal operations are treated as private by default.
